New Requirement for International Students for 2017-2018

Prior to course registration, all new international students must complete the Insurance Compliance Form, found on the myUOHealth student portal under the "Forms" tab. This is a one-time form that ensures you have read and understand the UO’s policy pertaining to international student insurance.

What does the plan cost and how do I pay?

  • $952.50 per student per semester.
  • Total annual cost is $1,905 (this breaks down to $158.75 per month when comparing to other plans).
  • Charges are billed to the student’s account in two installments (once per semester during the fall and spring semesters).
  • Student Billing (currently located in Oregon Hall) accepts cash, check, money order and online payments (which includes the use of credit cards).

How do I enroll?

  • Enrollment for domestic students is done by the student through myUOHealth, by clicking on the “Forms” tab.
  • Enrollment for international students is automatic. Go to the international page for more information about dependent enrollment and waiver options.
  • Enrollment for summer-only law semester coverage is now closed. The next available open enrollment will begin prior to fall semester 2017.
