Pharmacy

The Health Center pharmacy is
located on the first floor of the Health Center building. Registered
pharmacists fill prescriptions written by any physician or nurse practitioner,
including those from students’ personal practitioners. The pharmacy has
reference materials for identifying drugs from other countries. There is no
charge for long-distance phone calls. Students may take their prescriptions to
be filled elsewhere; however, the Health Center pharmacy prices may be lower.
The Health Center Pharmacy cannot honor co-pay insurance plans.
"Special-order" items are
available the following day.
The pharmacy also carries
over-the-counter products for colds, flu, allergies, skin rashes, athletes'
foot, yeast infections, sunscreens, contact lens solutions & supplies,
and birth control.

Transactions can be paid in cash, check
or charged to the student's university account.
