University Health Center Nurse Advice Line - Call 346-2770 / press "1"
The University Health Center provides a medical advice line for registered University of Oregon students which is available at all times when the Health Center is closed. If you are experiencing a problem when the Health Center is closed please call 346-2770 and press "1" to connect with the Nurse Advice Line. The advice nurses will help you to assess your problem and offer advice on how best to meet your health care needs. Depending on the nature of your problem the nurse may recommend emergency care, calling the Health Center for an appointment the next day, or trying self-care options.
Please be aware that:
- You are responsible for all charges for health care services received outside the University Health Center.
- Information pertaining to your call to the Nurse Advice Line will be included as a part of your confidential medical record.

- The Emergency Room is staffed 24 hours per day throughout the year to provide emergency care.
- Oregon Medical Group/Crescent Family Medicine/Pediatrics - After Hours Clinic 686-9000

- evenings 5:30pm - 10pm and weekends 8am - 5pm
- This is a small facility - calling ahead is recommended.
- Cottage Grove Community Hospital Emergency Room 942-0511
- 1515 Village Drive, Cottage Grove (one block from freeway)
- I-5 south from Eugene 20 minutes to Exit 174, then left under freeway on Row River Road, then left on Jim Wright Way, then left again on Village Drive. (Map)
- CGCH Emergency Room services are staffed 24/7 throughout the year to provide emergency care. Cottage Grove Community Hospital is not part of the state trauma system; major traumas are transported to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Eugene.

- This Urgent Care Clinic has moved to their new location at RiverBend Pavilion.
The Health Center is NOT responsible for expenses incurred by an outside provider.
Sexual Assault Services

- Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (S.A.N.E.) Services: 346-2770
- During weekday clinic hours the University Health Center provides support, medical evaluation, and treatment for women and men who have been sexually assaulted. Our S.A.N.E. certified nurse practitioners can provide additional services to students including evidence collection for those who wish to report the assault to law enforcement.
- The Sacred Heart Hospital Emergency Room and the McKenzie-Willamette Hospital Emergency Room also provide sexual assault services with S.A.N.E. certified nurses.
Please access their services if you are in need at times when the Health Center is closed.
