What is FPEP?FPEP is the acronym for the Family Planning Expansion Project that was implemented in January of 1999 as a five-year Medicaid project to expand coverage for family planning services. The goal set forth for FPEP is to reduce unintended pregnancies and improve the well being of children and families. Enrollment Form Pages 1,2, & 3 are required.
