• Office Visit--$8.00
• Cleaning/Deep Cleaning (per 60 minutes)--$44.00
• Routine Checkup--Office visit charge PLUS any needed x-rays.
• Bitewing X-Rays (usually taken during your checkup)--$32.00.
• Emergency Check or Second opinion--Office visit charge PLUS any needed x-rays ($8.00 - $68.00 call for specific fees)

Please don't miss your appointment. 

Cancel no later than 8 AM the day PRIOR to your appointment to avoid missed appointment charges.

• Missed cleaning appointment charge--$20.00.
• Missed checkup appointment charge--$25.00
• Missed emergency appointment charge--$25.00

All dental services are provided by licensed dentists, hygienists, and assistants.
