Travel Immunization Alert

We currently have a limited supply of Yellow Fever Vaccine, since 6 million doses were diverted to Brazil to deal with an epidemic. If you are traveling where Yellow Fever vaccination is required, please call the Travel Clinic at 541-346-2739 for information regarding availability, and if necessary, alternate sources.

Travel Clinic and Immunizations

Immunizations are available in the Nurse Specialty Clinic on a walk-in basis. Hours of operation during Fall, Winter, and Spring terms are M-F 9-11:30am & 1-4pm. During Summer Session, immunizations are available M-F 10-11:30am & 2-4pm. The Nurse Specialty Clinic is usually closed for term breaks and holidays. There is no need to make an appointment for immunizations; however, access to the Travel Clinic is on an appointment basis.

The comprehensive Travel Clinic is available to students, faculty, and staff. To best meet your travel needs contact us as soon as you know you are traveling. Consultation prices for currently registered UO students are $8.00-$15.00; for UO Faculty & Staff $50.00. Immunizations and medications are an additional charge. Before an appointment is made you will be asked to complete a travel worksheet that includes your specific itinerary along with some other pertinent information. Stop-by the NSC to complete the travel worksheet and schedule an appointment or access the form through the link on this page.

As an alternative to completing your travel worksheet in person, you may use the worksheet link at the right. Please fill out all the spaces above the double line that says “Immunizations”, print it out and bring it to the Nurse Specialty Clinic at the health center to schedule an appointment OR fax it to 541-346-2747. Once we receive your fax we will call you for an appointment but we must have the properly filled out worksheet in order to make an appointment.
