Summer Open Enrollment: June 1–July 3, 2024
NEW ENROLLMENT PROCESS
- Visit enroll.pacificsource.com/uo.
- Create an account (if you already have an account with PacificSource, you will use that login information).
- Complete an enrollment application.
- The UO will bill you directly for premiums, to your DuckWeb account.
- Download the myPacificSource app to access digital ID card, find providers, and more.
Only new UO students or those who have experienced an involuntary loss of qualifying coverage are eligible for summer term open enrollment.

Cost of Plan and How to Pay
- The total annual cost is $3,288. This breaks down to $1,096 per student, per term ($274 per month, when comparing to other plans)
- The deadline for summer term premium payment is July 3, 2024. If you do not pay your premiums before this deadline, you will have an academic hold placed on your account and may be subject to a late-payment fee of $100.
- Charges are billed to the student’s account in three installments (once per term during the fall, winter, and spring terms).
- Student Billing accepts cash, check, money order, and online payments (which includes the use of credit cards).
How to Enroll
- Enrollment is done by the student through enroll.pacificsource.com/uo.
- Dependent coverage is not available for domestic students.
- Open enrollment for summer 2024 will begin on June 1 and close on July 3, 2024.
- Open enrollment for fall 2024 will begin on August 1 and close on October 9, 2024.
